Experience Authentic Desert Camping in Wadi Rum
After a full day exploring the wonders of Wadi Rum, there’s nothing more satisfying than relaxing with a cup of tea as the sun sets behind the red mountains. Lie back on a comfortable mattress, watch our team prepare traditional Bedouin dishes, and soak in the peaceful desert atmosphere. Come camp with us in the stunning Wadi Rum desert—you’ll enjoy delicious meals cooked in front of you and gaze up at one of the most beautiful starry skies you'll ever witness.
Our Bedouin Way of Camping: Eco-Friendly and Soulful
Like the Bedouins who have lived in the Wadi Rum desert for generations, moving from site to site with the rhythm of nature, we offer eco-tourism experiences through bivouac camping. A bivouac camp is a simple, lightweight, and temporary setup that allows you to spend the night immersed in the wild, directly under the stars. You’ll sleep in a quiet, remote location surrounded by nature. In case of weather changes, we also provide tents for your comfort.
This form of camping respects the land, unlike many of the fixed, concrete camps now common in Wadi Rum. These permanent structures often harm local flora and fauna and contribute to pollution through waste, artificial lighting, air-conditioning, and improper sanitation.
We are proud to support eco-tourism and kindly ask all visitors to help us preserve the beauty and health of Wadi Rum for future generations. Join us to connect more deeply with nature and choose a more sustainable way to experience the desert.
